Data collected
When you use the contact and quote request form, we collect the following information:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your phone number (optional);
- the town where the work will take place;
- the type of project;
- the description of your project (optional).
Required fields are marked with an asterisk. The form does not collect any other personal data.
Purpose
This data is used only to reply to your quote and contact requests: getting back to you, clarifying your project and sending you a proposal. It is not used for any other purpose.
Legal basis
The processing is based on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR): studying your project and preparing your quote.
Recipients
Your data is intended solely for Beyazgul Carrelage. It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties.
Our website hosting and email service providers may access it strictly within the limits of their technical role, as processors within the meaning of the GDPR.
Retention period
Your data is kept for 3 years from our last contact, in line with the recommendations of the CNIL (the French data protection authority) for prospects, and then deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights over your data:
- right of access;
- right to rectification;
- right to erasure;
- right to restriction of processing;
- right to object;
- right to data portability.
